How to import to Google Calendar:

  1. Download the calendar file
  2. Go to calendar.google.com
  3. Click the gear icon (Settings) → Import & Export
  4. Click "Select file from your computer" and choose the downloaded file
  5. Click "Import"

How to import to Apple Calendar:

  1. Download the calendar file
  2. Double-click the downloaded file
  3. Apple Calendar will open automatically
  4. Click "Import" when prompted
